The Echinacea Root ingredients can be made into a herbal tea by infusing the herb in boiling water. Use 1 cup of boiling water per person. Let the tea brew for 5 - 15 minutes. Pour, relax and enjoy.Serving:
1-2 teaspoon per cup of hot water up to 3 times per day.
1 teaspoon equals 1 gram (1 tsp = 1g)
