The Wild Sage is a clinical herbal medicine practice led by Garreth Falls, an MNIMH-registered Consultant Medical Herbalist based in Greyabbey, Co. Down. Garreth is one of the only qualified, registered medical herbalists in Northern Ireland who also runs an apothecary and teaches at degree level — bringing a depth of clinical experience that sets The Wild Sage apart.
Whether you're dealing with digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, chronic stress, skin conditions, sleep problems, or immune challenges, herbal medicine takes a whole-person approach — addressing root causes rather than suppressing symptoms. Consultations are available in-person in Greyabbey, or via video and phone to clients across the UK and Ireland.
