How to use

Directions: Prepare the Area: Lay down an old towel or cloth to protect your surroundings from any oil spills. Soak the Flannel: Fold the flannel cloth into multiple layers to form a sizeable square or rectangle. Place it in a shallow dish and saturate it with castor oil until it's fully soaked but not dripping excessively. Apply to Skin: Lie down comfortably and place the soaked flannel directly onto the area of your body you wish to traditionally support. This is commonly the abdomen for digestive support, but it can also be used on joints, muscles, or other targeted areas. Cover and Secure: Once the flannel is in place, cover it with plastic wrap or a large plastic bag to traditionally helps maintain oil stains and to retain heat. Apply Heat: Place a hot water bottle or heating pad over the plastic-covered flannel to provide gentle warmth. This helps the castor oil to penetrate deeply into the skin and enhances its therapeutic effects. Relax and Recline: Allow the castor oil pack to remain in place for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Use this time to relax, meditate, or practice deep breathing exercises for added relaxation. Remove and Cleanse: After the desired time has passed, carefully remove the castor oil pack. Use a natural soap or mild detergent to cleanse the skin and remove any residual oil. Storage: Store the used flannel cloth in a sealed container or plastic bag for future use. It can typically be reused multiple times before needing to be replaced. Caution: Always perform a patch test before using castor oil or any other new skincare product, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies.
