Yes. The Wild Sage offers herbal consultations via video call and phone as well as in-person at our clinic in Greyabbey, Co. Down. Online consultations are available to clients throughout the UK and Ireland.

MNIMH stands for Member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists — the UK's oldest and leading professional body for medical herbalists, established in 1864. MNIMH registration requires completion of a degree-level qualification in herbal medicine, including training in pharmacology, clinical diagnosis, and herb-drug interactions. Members are bound by a strict code of ethics and professional conduct, and must maintain their practice through continuing professional development.

How to use

Contraindicated: Intestinal obstruction, acute intestinal inflammation, e.g., digestive comfort disease, digestive comfort ulcerosa, appendicitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin. Children under 12 years of age; pregnancy. With chronic use or abuse: Disturbances of electrolyte balance, especially potassium deficiency, albuminuria, and hematuria. Pigment implantation into the intestinal mucosa (pseudomelanosis coli) is harmless and usually is traditionally used to support upon discontinuation of the drug. Potassium deficiency can lead to disorders of heart function and muscular weakness, especially with concurrent use of cardiac glycosides, diuretics, or corticoadrenal steroids. Dosage is 1-6ml per day.
